Document License & Terms of Sale.

These terms govern every purchase from the Costera Group Document Library. They are in addition to the site Terms of Use.

Effective July 2026 · Costera Consulting Group, LLC

1. What you are buying

Document Library products are fully drafted, submission-structured documents and models delivered electronically in editable formats. They are starting frameworks that require adaptation to your entity, site, municipality, and application. They are not completed application documents, and they are not legal, tax, or accounting advice.

2. License grant

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to one purchasing entity to use, adapt, and submit the purchased documents in connection with that entity’s own license application(s) and the operation resulting from them. The license covers the purchasing entity’s affiliates only where they appear on the same CRC application. All copyright and other intellectual property in the templates remains with Costera Consulting Group, LLC.

3. What the license does not permit

No resale, sublicensing, distribution, or sharing of the documents in template form. No use of the documents to provide consulting, application-preparation, or document-drafting services to third parties. Consultants and attorneys who wish to license documents for client work must contact the practice for a professional license.

4. Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or delivered. If a delivery fails or a file is defective, contact info@costeragroup.com and a working copy will be provided.

5. Regulatory update notices

Each purchase includes twelve (12) months of regulatory update notices for the purchased documents: when a change to N.J.A.C. 17:30 or related New Jersey requirements materially affects a purchased document, the practice will issue an updated version or an update notice to the email used at purchase. Update notices are informational; the purchaser remains responsible for the accuracy and compliance of any submitted application.

6. No guarantee of outcome; no endorsement

No document guarantees licensure, municipal approval, or any regulatory outcome. The New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission does not endorse, certify, or approve template documents or their vendors, and nothing in the Document Library should be read to suggest otherwise. Statements about the practice’s methodology refer to the practice’s own prior engagements and operations.

7. Not legal advice; no professional relationship

Purchase of a document does not create an advisory, consulting, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship. Advisory engagements are separate, are accepted at the practice’s discretion, and are confirmed only by written engagement letter.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the practice’s total liability arising from any document purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. The practice is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including application denial, cure-letter costs, delay, or lost profits.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, consistent with the site Terms of Use.
