Owner’s Representative & Project Management

Owner-side project management from license award through grand opening. Architect, engineer, contractor, and equipment vendor coordination with the regulatory finish line in view.

How the work is shaped

A regulated retail buildout is a coordination problem. The architect designs to building code; the security integrator designs to license conditions; the POS integrator designs to track-and-trace; the GC manages a schedule; and the regulator inspects the result. The owner’s rep keeps these workstreams in sequence and ensures that no inspection-critical detail is left to be discovered at pre-operational walk-through.

Engagements are scoped from full owner’s rep through opening, to discrete pre-opening inspection readiness work for projects that already have a GC and design team in place.
